I think it will be good to have, it means earlier console adopters will still be able to play with their current friends lists who may be waiting a while before upgrading. That can only be a good thing imo.
It had some nice real time lighting, and an actually colourful colour palette which is harder on a gaming engine than you might realise.
I liked Dead Island, once it was patched ;)

They have opned loads of studios recently Brian... I thought everyone and their mums knew this by now?
Their dpads are better than xbox yes... but most consoles have bettered them since the 80's (apart from gamecube which was absolute arse, and impossibly small). DS3 is an OK all rounder, but it could easily be improved.
Didn't that rumour get quashed about a week ago? I thought it ended up being nothing to do with games but always online apps. If I'm wrong I agree.

I was disappointed with Infinite, the game was good, the story excellent... but for what ever reason I didn't care for the cast of characters like I did the Bioshock the 1st. I will certainly try out Dishonored after reading your comment though :D

Yes in conventional terms.
Although I do think with the other systems (Ouya and Steam) I think this coming generation is potentially the most exciting in a very very long time... even if Microsoft does go down like a lead zeppelin.

It's a shame, I liked the original for all its flaws... a 2nd one could have improved upon the formula to make something great.
